Welcome to CoachDM AI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CoachDM AI, an AI-powered sales assistant and lead management platform for coaches.
By creating an account, accessing, or using CoachDM AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.
CoachDM AI provides tools designed to help coaches manage potential clients and sales conversations. Features may include AI-generated replies, lead management, conversation assistance, follow-up suggestions, objection handling, conversation history, and related sales-support functionality.
Features may be modified, improved, added, or removed over time as the service develops.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your account information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
You must not share your account in a way that violates the plan limitations or security requirements of CoachDM AI.
CoachDM AI may offer free and paid subscription plans. The features, usage limits, and pricing associated with each plan are displayed on the CoachDM AI pricing page.
Free plans may include usage limits. Paid plans may provide additional usage or features as described at the time of purchase.
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the billing period selected at checkout. Unless cancelled, a subscription may automatically renew according to its applicable billing terms.
Payments for paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle. Paddle may act as the merchant of record and may handle payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and related transaction support.
Subscription prices may change in the future. Where required, users will receive appropriate notice of material pricing changes.
You may cancel your paid subscription through the applicable Paddle customer or subscription management portal.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law or permitted under the applicable refund policy.
Refund requests are handled according to the applicable Paddle refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
CoachDM AI uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, replies, recommendations, summaries, and other content.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before sending it to a lead, client, or any other person.
CoachDM AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in a sale, appointment, client conversion, or any particular business outcome.
You agree to use CoachDM AI only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the service to engage in fraud, harassment, deception, unlawful activity, spam, abuse, or activity that violates the rights of others.
You must not attempt to interfere with, compromise, reverse engineer, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to CoachDM AI or its infrastructure.
You retain responsibility for the information, messages, notes, lead information, and other content that you submit to CoachDM AI.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such information and use it with the service.
CoachDM AI, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, features, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Ayush Lakra and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of CoachDM AI or its intellectual property to you.
We aim to keep CoachDM AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party services, network problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
CoachDM AI may rely on third-party services for authentication, payment processing, hosting, artificial intelligence, email, analytics, database services, and other functionality.
Your use of certain features may therefore also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.
CoachDM AI is provided as a business productivity and sales assistance tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for how you use information and suggestions provided by the service and for making your own business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ayush Lakra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use CoachDM AI.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to CoachDM AI if you materially violate these Terms, engage in abusive or unlawful activity, attempt to compromise the service, or otherwise create a significant risk to the service or other users.
You may stop using CoachDM AI at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time as CoachDM AI develops or as legal or operational requirements change.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
